After a few measurement on the printed circuit board, it turned out that there is only 19 volts on a 24 volt DC-DC buck boost converter. The DC-DC converter gets a few new components. Subsequently, the converter is thoroughly tested, 3A load for more than an hour. The converter is testing ok and everything is packed up and sent back to the customer.
